How Booking Works for an Italian Wedding
Step 1 - Initial Consultation
Contact us with details of your event - the date, location, venue, number of guests, and the feel you want to create. We'll discuss your musical preferences and any specific moments that matter (first dance, ceremony music, surprise performances).
Step 2 - Artist Curation
We'll recommend acts we genuinely believe are the right fit for your wedding. We consider the venue acoustics, the atmosphere you want, and the logistics of international travel.
Step 3 - Planning and Logistics
Once you've chosen your acts, we handle all the co-ordination. This includes liaising with your Italian venue, arranging travel, co-ordinating with local production companies, and ensuring every technical detail is planned well in advance.
Step 4 - On-Site Support
For destination weddings, we typically provide on-site support to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. We're there to manage any last-minute changes and ensure your artists deliver the experience you've envisioned.
Lead Times
For Italian destination weddings, we recommend booking 12-18 months in advance, particularly for peak summer dates. That said, we're experienced at working to tighter timelines when needed - get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
