ALR Music is a luxury live music and entertainment agency founded by Alex Le Roux in 2012. We represent musicians, bands, DJs and specialist performers for weddings, private celebrations, brand events and residencies for luxury venues. We work from London, New York and Los Angeles, and deliver more than 650 private events a year.
In any given week, our musicians might be playing Annabel's in Mayfair, a wedding at Villa del Balbianello on Lake Como, and an intimate brand dinner in New York. Whether it's forty guests or four hundred, we bring the same attention and quality to every stage.

ALR Music works across the UK, Europe, the United States and beyond. Since 2012, our relationships with clients, planners and venues on both sides of the Atlantic have taken us to many of the world's most exclusive events.
Led by founder and Music Director Alex Le Roux, and shaped by some of the finest music directors working today, our roster ranges from intimate vocal-led bands to full-scale superbands. We can provide a single act for one moment of the evening, or every performance from the welcome drinks to the after-party.
Many clients choose one of our established acts: bands with their own sound, repertoire and reputation, ready to book and proven at the highest level. Others want something no one has heard before, and for them we create it. That might be a custom arrangement of a first dance, a brand's signature track, or a lineup built for a single evening. Either way, every performance is held to the same standard.
Our music experts are on hand from the first conversation, helping choose the right artists, shaping the music around each moment of the event, and taking care of every detail through to the last song.
That combination of exceptional artists and personal service has led to a client list that includes The Beverly Hills Hotel, the British Royal Family, The White House, Claridge's, Cartier, Gucci, the Aman hotel collection and the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs, as well as Venus Williams and the Beckham-Peltz family.
Our reputation was built in hospitality. It began with a residency at The Arts Club in Mayfair and grew into more than 30 residencies worldwide, including Annabel's, Quaglino's and Maison Estelle, and hotels such as The Peninsula, The Ritz and The Chancery Rosewood. Whether one or seven nights a week, our bands and DJs keep the crowds entertained all night long.
In 2026, The Beverly Hills Hotel named ALR Music exclusive music partner for its new supper club, the most significant expansion of the hotel's social offering in more than eighty years.
